The study involves higher education system, government policies for academic research and related factors to improve the proper running of education system to meet global demands. Furthermore, paper compared academic faculty and staff strength of the two best Universities in the six continents of the world, comprising of Africa. Asia, Austria/Oceania, Europe, North America and South America. Effort is geared towards the management research metrics performance, Total student intake, Faculty –Student ratio, World university rankings and overall score. Finally, this research also discus about a few challenges in university education and their possible solutions in terms of funding research projects, providing adequate training to faculty and staff, and setup committee to give quality academic structure and measures in a better academic environment.
